Most norovirus is spread from people not washing their hands after using the bathroom. 😬💩
We usually see more norovirus spreading in the winter. Norovirus spreads very easily - and it is NOT fun to be sick with!
Avoid norovirus with these tips:
✅ Wash your hands with soap and warm water often - hand sanitizer doesn't work well against norovirus!
✅ Stay home if you're sick (norovirus sheds for a week after someone recovers from infection).
✅ Disinfect with a bleach-based cleaning solution.
✅ Do not prepare food for others if you're sick.
