We are a new Solar Company in the Market. We are looking for sales representatives who are confident, eager to learn and grow to join our amazing team. Entry level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply! We will train you.
All you need to apply is a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a drivers license, and a cell phone (preferably smartphone).
The consultants we have working for Velocity First have 15 years of combined experience in the Solar industry. We put our clients first and our representatives IMMEDIATELY after. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, great interpersonal skills, a student mentality, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. We have a very collaborative culture with room for opportunity and growth.

Responsibilities
-Ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
-Closing, writing contracts
-Reaching out to leads
-Schedule appointments
-Go to appointments to meet with homeowners
-Maintain, and foster relationships with clients and making sure they are satisfied at all times
-Train new candidates
-Educate homeowners about solar and answer any questions or concerns they may have
Training
-We pride our self's and focus on training and devolvement. The first step is to make sure our new hires hit the ground running with all the training and materials they need. Second, it is creating a space where men and women who want more can move up in the ranks and teach the system we have.
