True design is about self-expression; about breaking barriers by rebelling against societal and creative norms. Repetitive design, on the other hand, can make us feel like we are robots, programmed to execute and behave in a particular way, all for people programmed to execute and behave in a particular way.

Finding real innovation in design means not being afraid to step outside what we typically do and mess up — not trying to fit into anyone’s “ideal” of what creative should be.

At Rebel, we take those risks. We craft, we remove barriers, and dive deep to infuse our creative wizardry into any project, because we are the center of creativity in CT!

Creativity is not a one set definition, it’s a series of new journeys and directions, with many ways to play, and go where our curiosity takes us. We don’t design to norms. We break the norms and never work to an “ideal.”
