I can GUARANTEE you everyone running an e-commerce brand has experienced this before... 😮💨😅
Feeling OVERWHELMED 😩 I know EXACTLY how it feels right now!!
Managing Facebook Ads for your e-commerce brand can be tough—testing new creatives, adjusting bids, managing scaling budgets... It often feels like the to-do list never ends.
But, I’m not gonna lie, I am kinda grateful for it because it means I’m busy, my business is thriving and there are things to do.
BUT there is a line where it does become TOO much. When my work hours become all day and I have a never-ending to-do list 📋
However, after generating over $100M for e-commerce brands over the past 6 years, I've learned that there are some key practices to help take control of your ads while scaling:
→ Plan Your Creative Strategy: Don’t wait until your current ads start to fatigue to come up with new creatives. Schedule time every week to brainstorm and test new visuals and hooks to keep your audience engaged.
→ Time Block for Campaign Optimization: Set specific times of the day to check in on ad performance. Constantly watching every small fluctuation leads to more stress and often results in impulsive changes that harm long-term growth.
→ Automate Where You Can: Use Facebook’s automated rules to pause underperforming ads or increase the budget on winners. Letting automation handle repetitive tasks means you can focus on strategy.
→ Make Data-Driven Decisions: Scaling requires understanding the numbers like CPA, ROAS, and AOV. Regularly analyzing data can prevent poor decisions, saving you time, budget, and energy. But make sure to give your campaigns enough time before deciding what's working and what's not.
→ Testing is Key: Create a testing schedule for audiences, creatives, and ad copy. Testing doesn’t stop at the initial launch—keep an eye on audience fatigue and ad fatigue, and refresh when needed to keep scaling without losing efficiency.
→ Delegate When It’s Time: Hiring a media buyer or getting help for creative production can take a huge weight off your shoulders. You don’t have to do everything on your own to grow your brand. 🙌
