Wintrust came to KNDRD to help bring their commitment to the community to life.

Together, we highlighted an initiative that brings people collectively to support veterans through volunteer service from yard cleanups to helping hands.

Showcasing Wintrust’s commitment to service members and veterans extends beyond banking.

“Take a beat, listen and learn” is the approach Timmy takes when conveying sustainable and authentic messaging for the community.

When brands invest the time to truly learn about the communities they hope to uplift, they build the trust and understanding needed to create genuine connection.

We believe storytelling is more than capturing a moment, it’s helping people see the movement behind it.

We had the privilege of documenting for JUMP(the Justice and Upward Mobility Project) and FLY(Fresh Lifelines for Youth) as they came together with the San Francisco 49ers to uplift young people who deserve more than systems that overlook them. They deserve care, opportunity, mentorship, and a real path forward.

The JUMP Project’s work is rooted in opening doors to education, employment, and economic mobility. Through this collaboration with Fresh Lifelines For Youth and the 49ers, that mission becomes even more visible: creating space for young people to be seen, supported, and reminded that their future is still full of possibility.

Because caring for our youth means investing in their potential.

Through their long-standing commitment at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center and in partnership with JUMP, the 49ers use the power of sports to create moments of connection, hope, and humanity. To remind us that second chances are not just about release, but about real pathways to education, employment, and economic mobility.

Proud to help tell this story.

Molson Coors’ Simply Spiked was gaining strong momentum within Black and Brown communities and wanted to connect with culture in a meaningful way.

Drawing on insights from our in-house Cultural Council, we developed a strategy that connected the brand with the community, guiding everything from audience development and brand development to Film and Photo Production to create authentic, culturally relevant touchpoints.

If you’re a brand with traction but missing the connection, we help you bridge brand intention → community experience.

Feeding America collaborated with Growing Home, an urban farm and development center in Chicago. The goal was to showcase the incredible work done by these organizations and share the message of food accessibility for everyone.

KNDRD provided Feeding America with Creative Direction and Film + Photo Production to create visuals and documentation of what Growing Home Chicago is capable of and what they do right in our own backyard, giving the organization a greater sense of community.

We partnered with the Dell Foundation to Creative Direct and Produce a film that tells the story of their community investment in first-generation college students completing higher education.

By centering these personal stories and the impact of the Foundation’s programs, we close the gap between brand intention and the community experience through trust, listening, and real human connection.

How do you nurture community-care? How do you show up as your best self?

Do you recognize that there’s a direct correlation of a collective of individuals showing up as their best, creating a community that can invest back into itself?

Collective support does not show up when everyone involved is unable to show up for themselves. It comes when we’ve addressed the needs intrinsically similar to how on an airplane, we put our masks on ourselves before we help others.
