What an amazing experience and a boatload of gratitude for the opportunity to present our company and services to a specific section of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce parkridgepren2.

I got to live in my passion and experience sharing what intentionality within the health and wellness space should look like.

I also had the opportunity to ask this community of professionals for help, and they delivered.

It’s amazing what happens when you shift from a mindset of lack to a mindset of vulnerability and abundance.

I’m reminded in this experience that letting my true and authentic self shine in professional settings attracts the best people in my professional network.

Ah the highs and lows of finding our business purpose of intention and connecting to what gets customers thinking about us!

Yes, it can be a struggle.

There are peaks and valleys. Nobody knows what their purpose is overnight.

The secret is, intentionality has to come from within before we try to build it in our business.

At Jugy Marketing Intentional, it took us six years to get to this point.

We went from being an out of the box, standard branding and marketing company to finding our purpose of building wellness brands that have their own purpose.

Purpose driving purpose, kind of cool, isn’t it?

Hot topic: intentionality means saying NO to get to the YES.

When we are growing our business, we will be faced with several decisions, potential clients, and partnerships.

Not every client or partner is aligned for you. Not every client, customer, partnership align to your mission.

As a wellness branding and marketing company, it’s important that our clients and partners aligned to our intentionality.

That’s understanding the purpose, the why , and the vision.

I said lots of NO this week and last week. And I’m comfortable with that choice.

Not every customer, potential client, or business partner is meant to be on our path.

It’s OK. Let go.

Living with intentionality spans beyond the business world. It’s how we touch lives, show up, and serve others.

I receive messages from the most interesting of places. I can be inspired by the clouds, water, moonlight, clients, storyboarding brands, and building marketing that connects.

It’s the people, places, and things we surround ourselves with that allow for us to set standards for our business.

Pause. Reflect. Nourish.

Taking some time away for summer and sitting here staring at this tree thinking to myself, why don’t I do this more often?

Why am I always moving, growing, without stillness?

It is in these moments of stillness that the most inspiration arises.

So I’m taking some time for me. Granted, it’s 45 minutes while on vacation with the family, but time to nourish, connect, and thrive.

A special thanks to Vine St BBQ Competition for allowing us to be of service at the Vine Street BBQ! Ticket sales felt like no work at all, connecting with the community and giving away stickers to the kiddos.

A day filled with community, connection, and an awesome cause, we’re all proceeds of this event to go to a local hospital.
