1) upper abs 2) Lower abs 3) upper/lower/middle

1) Hand Grip is everything. Warm the back up with this bent over rowing exercise. 3 sets of 10

2) Hit the upper back differently. More extension equals more muscle growth. 3 sets of 12

3)Lower back banger. Heavy weight and go slow.
Don't let the weight pull you off the wall. 3 sets of 12

4) wide/big back banger. Go slightly heavy, but don't compromise bending over. Stay straight, you can move, just no bending. 3 sets of 12

5) Back Finisher, notice the hand grips changed 3 times. 1) over 2) under 3) Straight
Burn it out 15 reps per set
3 sets of 15
