The Water💦Menu is back - and no one does it quite like !
This sommelier-curated craft water menu turns one of the simplest parts of dining out into a full luxury experience.
Marble Room's water menu goes far beyond “still or sparkling,” serving bottled waters from around the world presented by provenance, minerality, pH and tasting profile — from Vellamo, naturally filtered through ancient bedrock from an ice-age aquifer in Finland, to Gerolsteiner from Germany’s Vulcan Eifel region, to Nevas Cuvée, a $50 German sparkling water sourced from two artisanal springs in the Rhineland.

It’s an opulent, slightly unexpected extension of what Marble Room does best: high-touch, theatrical dining inside a restored 19th-century bank building, where the experience already includes prime steaks, seafood towers, sushi, caviar service, a serious wine program and a dining room that feels designed for occasion.

At a time when restaurants are paying more attention to zero-proof beverages, tableside rituals and experiential luxury, Marble Room’s water menu offers a fun lens into how fine dining is elevating even the most elemental part of the meal.
