This month at RAI Media, we hosted a luncheon to thank our incredible admin staff for all their hard work. We gathered in a private room at L. Woods Tap & Pine Lodge, and it was a great way to step away from the day-to-day and connect.

We kicked things off with appetizers—BLT deviled eggs, calamari, cheese curds, and my personal favorite, buffalo cauliflower. While L. Woods is known for their ribs (and plenty of people ordered them), I went with the almond-crusted walleye—and it absolutely delivered.

The brisket sandwich and meatloaf were also big hits, but honestly, the best part was the conversation. It’s always refreshing to spend time with coworkers outside of the office and get to know people from different departments you don’t usually interact with.

All in all, it was a great afternoon and a well-deserved thank-you to a team that does so much behind the scenes.
