Grateful for the opportunity to attend our second LCI Congress, a significant milestone in our Lean Construction journey.
From dusty construction sites to sharing our experiences passionately, our initial confusion has transformed into constant inspiration and a deep respect for people.

Each day starts with the morning huddle at the gemba, as we strive to improve ourselves.
Lean philosophy is no longer just a practice, it's a part of our life. The connections we have made on this journey are invaluable, and we can't wait for more adventures at future congress trips & continuing our work in Lean Storytelling with LCI.

When Andy Sanghani and his team at Systematics Inc approached us to show off their 50 Thousand SQ FT facility in a fun and engaging way we rose to the challenge.

This technology enables us to showcase events, places, people and the stories behind them in new and exciting perspectives.
