A recruitment piece Ideafarmfilms created for a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry has been a huge success in revamping its recruitment effort.

In keeping with other films we've created for this client, we worked to convey through images and narration a key value proposition of the company’s: that its facilities are clean, well-lit and safe — not your father’s manufacturing plant — and that teamwork is at the very foundation of the company’s ability to create a quality product.
