Crush It Enterprise is seeking highly motivated direct marketing Sales representatives who are passionate about sales. If you are driven and looking for more than just a run-of-the-mill job, this is a career that knows no bounds.

We have very few educational requirements since we believe in on-the-job training. Our direct marketing approach is perfected so we will train the right individuals!

Direct Marketing Associates’ Duties & Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their marketing wants and needs

Engage consumers in learning their needs

Track consumer buying trends within a given market

Log and report daily sales

Travel to direct marketing leads

Attendance at general and team meetings is a must!

Bring ideas to the table at the team and general meetings.

Always keep that winning smile on your face!

What Are Your Personal Qualifications and Skills?

Excellent communication skills – being bilingual is a plus

Competency with Excel or other workbooks for Reports and Tracking

Ability to engage consumers in learning what makes them buy

Excellent listening skills – a must in marketing and sales
