As Black History Month comes to a close, we want to extend our gratitude to our employees, partners, and Village ERGs who helped bring this month’s programming to life. Through engaging discussions, creative experiences, and thought-provoking initiatives, we honored the profound influence of Black culture while fostering connection, learning, and belonging at Havas.Â
Â
From our first cross-network event, Paint & Sip with Madjeen Isaac, to Beyond the Suit, a peer-led discussion redefining workplace fashion, we created space for authentic self-expression. Additionally, our Black History Month Jubilee celebrated the creativity and resilience of Black storytellers, artists, and visionaries, while our Building Black Wealth Panel tackled the importance of financial empowerment within Black communities.Â
Â
One of our most powerful digital initiatives, Good Gallery: A World Without: Black Inventors Spotlight, visually explored the profound impact of Black figures, innovations, and contributions—and the void left when they’re erased. By deliberately removing content from Black creators, we highlighted not just what was lost, but how their influence shapes the world we live in. Paired with a musical takeover amplifying independent, emerging Black artists with platforms including , , and , these initiatives underscored the importance of recognition and representation. Â
Â
As we move forward, we remain committed to celebrating, uplifting, and learning from Black voices—this month and every month.Â
