OFFICE REFRESH 🧹🥰

Are you inspired by your workspace?

I noticed such a difference in my productivity after I refresh my office.

Maybe it’s because it’s finally starting to feel nice out or maybe it’s because I got finally found the PERFECT standing desk for my office...

But, friends! I am pumped about jumping into work every morning right now.

I had the opportunity to get on the phone with 20 people that are a part of my audience and learn so much about them. It was really awesome because these calls were set up more as strategy sessions. I was able to help them get through and solve something, get through a struggle that they were having, a decision they needed to make or something else and actually get them one step closer to reaching their goals to taking that next step, getting them to take action.

This one is with Hannah Holmes of Holmes House Creative. She is a graphic designer, and she’s currently working full-time for someone else, but she’s in the middle of launching her styled stock photography membership.

Her and I are talking about building your audience and showing up and being present on Instagram. We also map out kind of like her her launch strategy, and I kind of make her change a lot of things.

I had to come on here and share a few takeaways. ☝️because I want you to hear them and ✌️so that I don’t forget them.

You’re not afraid of failing. You’re afraid of THEM seeing you fail. It’s not a fear problem, it’s an ego problem. Get over yourself. 🤯

If building your business feels hard, that’s because it’s supposed to. We believe that if something feels hard, then we’re doing it wrong, but that’s wrong. It’s supposed to be hard or else everyone would do it. 💯

If you’ve built a 6-figure business, you can build a 7-figure business.

Every problem in a business is the result of the psychology at the top. Your BRAIN. If you are the leader, you are the problem. If you are the problem, you are the solution. 👏👏
