Meet our best SDR Director in the World, Anna. Anna was the 1st person to join Pilot and has been a huge contributor ever since.

Outside of work, Anna is a workout enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, getting swole in the gym, being outdoors, and of course dreaming about the endless vacation by the ocean : )

Anna received a Master's Degrees in Air Traffic Control, so no wonder she is a part of the Pilot family. When asked to describe Pilot in 3 words, Anna chose “ambitious, driven, and innovative”.

In 2018 we created a working place together with a unique team-members as well as friends, we are moving from the hut to open-space, big and modern office realizing part of those initial dreams. Sometimes we are on the rocks, sometimes we fight, but at the end of the day we are family and are aligned with our future and dreams.

Oleg Nazarok, Co-Founder and CEO

Oleg is a person who always strives to learn something new. His motivation is new knowledge. Oleg believes that it is impossible to become a high-class specialist without studying everything from the very bottom and not bringing it to perfection. His development as a strong personality at the age of reason began with Work and Travel in the United States. For him, this program was rather like Work-Work-Work and Travel. Oleg did not allow himself to spend money on holidays in the United States and invested all his money in real estate in Ukraine. He was working at the Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant in New Orleans for 3 months.

Familiarity with the corporate culture began in Helpware. This company is integrated with Leadware, the founder of which was Ian Bloembergen. However, Oleg and Ian did not meet in these companies as a founder and employee.

Working at Helpware, Oleg fully mastered the skills and wanted to move on. Studying the special literature and discussing the ideas of the future company with Alex Voloshyn, they created Woolza (web development of large platforms), which still operates today. During his work, Oleg mastered the skills of project and team management.

In addition, he managed to study at three institutions in three countries: Kyiv National Institute (Kyiv, Ukraine), Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania) and University of Oslo (Oslo, Norway). Oleg lives in Kyiv, speaks 3 languages and is constantly evolving and can not sit still without learning something new.
