WOW, still reflecting (and recovering!) from last week’s JBFA weekend!
The James Beard Awards weekend is one of our favorite weekends of the year. The city comes alive with talented chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality leaders coming together to celebrate the people, passion, and hard work that make this industry so special.
This year was no exception. From supporting Niman Ranch and its partners at Bacon, Bubbles & Brunch as they toasted this year’s James Beard Award finalists, assisting Black Food Folks at their annual celebration at to supporting Soul & Smoke and Niman Ranch as they kept the amazing media fed in the press room at the Awards, it was a weekend to remember. A highlight was running into@josue_cervantes12l, a former Foundation for Culinary Arts student, working the After Party at Union Station. We have no doubt that some day he will be there as one of the featured chefs 🏅
