This has been a long time coming. I am constantly telling clients that shopping in store is the only way to keep brick and mortars in business. So sad to see the Chicago store be one of the locations closing. Who remembers their original location across the street? Such a magical place.

The retailer plans to close 15 of its 22 locations and pursue a sale, but said its flagship Madison Avenue store would remain open.
