Third toilet received from . Waiting on #5 after all previous one arrived broken. 2 hours on the phone with customer service to get a replacement at the last price purchased. No luck. Talked 10 people, got called dropped 4 times, transferred to two wrong departments, told my account was locked and I would have to wait 3-4 days for security to address the block. First toilet ordered Apr 2,2025. Finally gave up with calls to customer service and went the store to the pro desk, placed the order to be shipped to the store and paid the lower price. Took 15 minutes. Now crossing my fingers. At least now if it arrives broken again if do what is needed to make it right

Just left an luncheon event for their Black Parade program. They honored 10 businesses with a $10,000 grant. A surprise and classy presentation.

FedEx] Final resolution for claim for damages to a shipping case by FedEx]. I was told they are not liable because the shipping case was not in a box!!!! A 130 lbs shipping case 25x36x14 with handle and wheels needs to be in a box to be covered for damages. Since it was not in box case and content damage not covered. Time to return to . At least I never had those issues with them. Reactivating my account today.

Once upon a time you could depend on FedEx] for on that me delivery and good customer service when there is an issue. Not today. Waiting for response to a claim for a damaged shipment. I provided images of the damage and the cost for replacement and was denied stating not enough evidence of the cost. So sent in receipt for the case and still have not gotten a response. Called customer service and they saw I sent it additional evidence so they sent the case back to the claim dept. it should have still been open. SMH. FedEx]

Shout out to for showings by appreciation for a small business. Had an issue caused by the city business website that I got cleared up but was given a citation before that. Today during my hearing the city attorney non suited all issues after seeing the issue was on their end that caused reason for me to be in violation. This showed a level of appreciation for a 46 year history of being a business in Chicago and an acknowledgment of all the efforts I made immediately to correct the issue once I got to the bottom of it. It was pleasant outcome.

Business customer for years. Shipped gear for a job in DC. Sent early enough to be on site when@I arrived. Get on site to not to discover no gear arrived. Reason given is hub has to many packages to deliver mine on time. Lost first shoot day. How can an express package delivery company have too many packages to deliver. That is their core business I thought.

Issue with my 8 weeks later still not back up and working as installed. Numerous calls and getting different stories. I would not expect that level of service from . Billing for services it yet received and then telling me my account is delinquent

Four days of trying to get a package delivered, I am still waiting. Driver is stating they attempted delivery and no one answered. They never rang the bell and I have been in my office at all of the times they say delivery was attempted. Today say shipment was refused. What happened to quality service from a company like . I am so far past disappointed with this level of service. Called customer service each time to correct the problem. I am still waiting.
