I'm just a month and a half away from hitting my 4-year full-time business ownership anniversary for West Loop Soul, and I can officially say that this week I ran my first-ever payroll 🥹

4 years ago, when I left my full-time agency career to focus on growing my social media agency, I didn't quite know what would happen.

Now, 4 years later, I can say I've officially hired my first (soon to be second) part-time team member, because let's face it, I can't keep this up on my own 🥳

Thank you to my incredible clients, my supportive husband, my amazing contract partners who have helped me reach this stage of growth, my friends – the list could go on and on.

Here's to big things to come (seriously, I can't wait to share them soon, too) ✨
