On the right is our CEO, Aaron Bird, a proud veteran who leads with vision, discipline, and excellence. Rooted in his faith in God, Aaron excels at developing and executing high-level business strategies, fostering innovation, and building strong, results-driven teams. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence reflect both his service and the values BirdDocs was built on. By his side is his beautiful wife, Mindy, who plays an important role supporting, encouraging, and helping keep everything grounded. Their daughter Jasmine is our Document Services Team Lead, she is hardworking, disciplined, and dedicated, always getting the job done with excellence.
On the left is our COO, Preston Shoemake. With extensive experience in strategic operations and organizational leadership, Preston oversees our day-to-day operations while ensuring everything aligns with long-term goals and efficiency. He provides leadership that balances operational rigor with innovation. Guided by a heart for serving others, he plays a key role in the strength of our company. Supporting him is his wife, Krissa, along with their two boys, Paxton and Kolter, his greatest blessings and motivation.
