Something I've noticed working with founders.

When I sit down to look at what they've built, it's rarely the code that's the problem.

It's the small things nobody has looked at in a year.

A subscription quietly billing from a contractor who left. An admin login tied to an email that doesn't exist anymore. A backup that stopped running months ago and nobody noticed. A staging site Google has been indexing for half a year.
