Meet Chef Jorge De la Rosa — Baja Tropical, Todos Santos.
“My cuisine is about connection — between fire, ingredient, and emotion. It is no longer about impressing. It is about creating something that stays with people long after the moment is gone.”

A private chef rooted in fire and emotion — Jorge De la Rosa cooks in Todos Santos with the precision of his training and the freedom of a man who has found his place. Every meal he creates becomes part of someone’s story.
