I still have 1 printer down for the count but I can be up and running tomorrow if need be. I just need to get this office back in order. It looks like a tornado 🌪 swept through here!!

Well I spent 6.5 hrs last night on with Tech support trying to replace parts and get 1 printer up and running. No luck at all I am feeling exhausted very frustrated and need a new printer now. I will get back on with them Sunday at 8pm. And try to figure something else out. What it boils down to at the moment is that I have to buy a new printer. My other printer parts should be here Tomorrow or Monday so I am praying that I can at least have 1 working printer soon. Please send positive vibes my way.

Spent 4 HRS tearing this printer apart. Konrad was.my little cheerleader with his great music. Waiting on 2 new print heads 3 new motors a new slide bar. Dampers and new ink cables. I think at this point I should have went and got a engineering degree. LOL

I am Incredibly Sorry But I am Dead in the water! Both my DTF Printers are down. I am waing on new parts hopefully they arrive sooner than I have been told 14 Days. I have spent the last 2 night on the phone till midnight with tech support tryingto fix them. When it rains it pours. My second printer just took a crap tonight. I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
