Every year, we have the privilege of working with the Flying Pig Marathon to design the poster. This year, we turned to illustrator Andy Eckerle to create something special — it’s safe to say, he smashed it!

Andy is an art teacher at Highlands High School in Fort Thomas, KY, and a 6-time Flying Pig Marathon runner. This year, not only did he work with us to design the incredible poster, but he also plans to run the half-marathon this weekend!

Thanks so much to Andy for his hard work. We'll be rooting for him and everyone else participating in this year's Flying Pig Marathon!

It seems like yesterday that Maddie Wielinga was joining us! Sadly, that day was more than 4 months ago, and today marks the end of her Co-op as part of her University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning program!

Maddie has taken on a variety of graphic design projects and completed each with an unbelievable level of care and attention to detail.

We are so lucky to have had Maddie on the team, and we can’t wait to see what great things she goes on to achieve! 👏

Last month, some of The Big Idea Group team attended the Spirit of Construction Foundation's Women's Happy Hour at PRIM!

With a generous donation of custom cubes from BIG ICE and Bray Construction Services' funding of the bar tab, the event was a huge success! We loved being there to celebrate women in the construction industry in honor of Women in Construction week! 🧡
