🎉 Flaunt My Lawn – Important Housekeeping Updates 🎉
Effective August 1, 2025
To help us serve you better and keep things running smoothly, please take note of the following updated policies:

✅ 1. Rental Responsibility
If you book a sign for someone else, you’re responsible for letting them know it’s a rental and sharing the pickup date.
📌 If the sign is taken down and returned damaged, a $200 damage fee will apply.

🎯 2. Special Theme Requests
We have plenty of designs to choose from!
If you request a specific theme we don’t have and we need to special order it, a $30 theme fee will be added.

💳 3. Booking & Payment Policy
Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment is received.
If payment is made less than 48 hours before the setup date, a $25 late fee will apply.

🌦️ 4. Weather Notice
If your sign leans or shifts due to wind or weather, just call or text us — we’ll come out and fix it! Outdoor signs may be affected by the elements, and we’re happy to help.

🔁 5. Cancellations
Cancellations are non-refundable, but your payment can be transferred to a future date.
