Nine local businesses. One month.

465 clicks off Google. Their names came up in search about 48,000 times.

These are organic numbers straight out of Search Console. Not ads. Nobody paid Google a dollar for any of it.

That's what a site does when it's built for what people actually type, instead of what looks good in a mockup.

Adam's site went live July 24.

Twenty-eight days later: 54 clicks off Google, 4,530 impressions. Up 286%.

He texted me three days after launch. "I think it's already working." A week after that: "Im definitely getting more calls. Very noticeable."

Tree service, Sarasota, brand new site. That's the whole timeline.

She didn't Google it. She asked ChatGPT.

A woman needed her furnace and AC replaced. Mini-split too. Real job, real money.

She never opened Google. She asked ChatGPT who the best HVAC contractor in her area was, and it gave her Renew Mechanical. She called. Kyle texted me the screenshot the same day.

Your customers already started doing this. Nobody sent out an announcement.

Here's what it means. When somebody asks an AI who the best roofer in town is, it answers from what it can actually read about you. Your structured data, your Google profile, your service pages, whether any of that agrees with itself. If there's nothing to read, you don't come up. You're not losing to a competitor. You're just not in the room.

Three months ago this site got zero clicks from Google. Now: 91 clicks, 11,600 impressions.

Renew Mechanical shows up for "emergency ac repair" and "hvac near me" in their service area. Those searches existed the whole time. The site just finally gave Google somewhere to send them.

J Bucks needed jobs in Fairfield, not just Hamilton. So we built one page, for Fairfield.

Google's own dashboard flagged it: impressions up 254% on that page. One homepage trying to rank everywhere loses to pages built for where you actually work.
