She holds a BBA in Marketing from Temple University and an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Crystal completed Minority Business Executive Training Programs at Dartmouth College, Babson College and the University of Wisconsin. The Voice of Your Customer extends our sincere thanks to Cancer Support Community Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky for inviting our president, Crystal Kendrick, to moderate the survivor panel, “Cancer Survivors Share Lived Experiences Navigating Healthcare, Resources, and Access to Support,” during its inaugural Health Equity Summit on August 29.

The panel featured Wendy Jordan McDonald, Brent Billingsly, and Jose Nine, who shared candid perspectives on navigating healthcare systems, accessing resources, overcoming barriers to care, and finding support throughout their cancer journeys.

We were honored to contribute to a thoughtfully designed summit that brought survivors, healthcare professionals, advocates, nonprofit leaders, and community members together for meaningful conversations about health equity and practical solutions.

Cancer Support Community is doing important work across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. Through free emotional support, education, navigation, healthy lifestyle programs, community outreach, and partnerships, the organization helps people affected by cancer connect with information, resources, and support.

Thank you to the Cancer Support Community team for creating space for lived experiences to inform the conversation and for the work you continue to do to help ensure that no one faces cancer alone.
