pep is honored to have been selected by the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (OMSDC) as a recipient of this year’s Class 1 Corporation of the Year Award. This award recognizes our continued commitment to fostering economic growth and inclusion within our community. We are also honored to be celebrated alongside other outstanding individuals and organizations who represent the best in the community and who are setting standards of excellence in diversity, innovation, and leadership.

The award was presented at the 2024 OMSDC Annual Awards Gala and accepting on behalf of the team was Andrew Mukisa, Jillian Lushman, Rachel Davis, Brittany Lucas and Allie Precht! And a very special thanks to Rachel Davis and Tim Drost for spearheading pep’s Supplier diversity efforts.

1. AI is your friend, if it is not already. AI will help personalize the customer journey, with dynamic pricing, product recommendations and targeted promotions
2. Anticipate consumer needs and ensure every touchpoint feels customized
3. Retail media spending continues to grow; its not all about driving sales but also building brand equity and engagement
4. The future of shopping will eventually be dominated by digital; however its important to blend the best of both worlds, physical and digital to create a full funnel shopping experience
5. Value will always be important to the consumer
