Dear valued customers. We want to make sure we alert everyone early about a price increase in the upcoming months. Most likely in June. We have been notified by our supplier/s of their intent to start a price increase and we will simply pass it along. Products and increases will vary and will change over time.

While we will learn a lot more in the days ahead, We will give you an idea of what to expect and how it might affect pricing as we know more.

The new tariffs begin at 10% and go as high as 50% for countries that run significant trade imbalances with the United States. While their (our suppliers) supply chain is diverse—they produce in 24 countries—all of their factory partners are affected by tariffs to some degree. This includes Vietnam (46%), Bangladesh (37%), Myanmar (45%), Madagascar (47%), Sri Lanka (44%), China (34%) and Malaysia (24%). The reciprocal tariffs are stacked on top of any existing tariffs, meaning that the new tariffs on China are added to the 20% tariffs instituted earlier this year.

Their goal is to have one singular increase and not product-by-product. This will allow an simpler and lower increase overall.

We will continue to honor customer-set-yearly-pricing and our repeat buyer program discounts in 2025 and review those pre-set price structures going into next year.

Just a quick 'heads up!'. After 22 years of storefront service we are making some changes. Over the next few weeks we will be transitioning to only electronic and digital services.

What does this do for you? It means we can continue to have amazingly affordable services. It means we can decrease our production times. It also means we can accept smaller orders. So minimums become a thing of the past.

What does this mean for you? It means our storefront counter will be by appointment only. All Orders, quotes, questions and such will all be transitioned to email only. We will be pushing all social contacts to email. And voicemail will go away. In the end, all business with QCT starts with documented (emailed) invoicing and mockups. So it only makes sense to start the every process the same way.

Business has changed over the years, especially since Covid. With employee changes and other shops closing creating more business for us, we can no longer handle the retail door, phones, social media messages and cell texting and keep production on time or (and most important) our pricing affordable.

We hope all of our existing customers see this as exciting as we do. And hope new customers enjoy the ease of service we strive to offer.
