We are most afraid of the things we don’t understand. And oftentimes, the less we understand, the more divided we become on those very things in the most black-and-white way possible. Some of us become “anti”; others firmly “pro”. In those moments, curiosity seems to take a back seat.

I’m reminded of this as I start doing more in-person research after years of virtual work due to Covid, and in some recent cases working with clie...

Today, I h̴a̴v̴e̴ GET to..." - the theme for this year's company meeting - is based on the life experiences of our incredible world record holder and guest speaker, James "The Iron Cowboy" Lawrence. His powerful story reminds us to cherish the time we GET to spend with our coworkers learning, collaborating, and connecting over our shared purpose. Now...did someone say inflatable obstacle course?

We expected food to be a big part of our "Try Something August" Challenge, but we never expected so many chefs to emerge from our team as we learned to re-create our favorite nostalgia dishes at home... or just worked really hard to make kale palateble. Enjoy these photos and reach out if you need the recipes!

Our Story

In 1997, Bob died. You didn’t know Bob. But, you do.

Bob and Tim used to walk into work together from the parking lot by their towering office building. Bob, the veteran; Tim, the young guy with big aspirations. The conversations often centered on Bob’s frustrations with his job and the years he’d spent punching the clock. Bob was counting down the days until his retirement, waiting for the chance to focus on his passions. He had thirty years of expertise and endless potential to create something remarkable; all that stood between him and his dream were a handful of weeks at work.

Three weeks before his retirement, Bob suffered a heart attack and died. That day, Tim quit his job, and SEEK was born.

Tim set out to create a market research company that would get to the core of the human experience and bring meaning to the marketplace. He wanted to create a place where people like Bob could thrive. He believed that people feel more alive — and do better work — when they are connected to those they serve and have the potential to change people’s lives.
