🥂ONE WHOLE YEAR OF RBC🥂

And what a whirlwind of a year. I remember the day I lost my corporate job, I think I allowed myself 5 minutes to cry about it and immediately after, sprung into action. Exactly one week later I launched RBC! I remember I was living (kind of) by myself for the first time ever- Matthew was in Cali for a total of 6 weeks during this. I had so much doubt and fear and struggled with imposter syndrome that entire week. I told him “I don’t know if this is going to work but I better try now that I have nothing to lose. Let me give it one month and see what happens.” Well one month turned into two, and that turned into ONE YEAR!!! I can’t wait to see where RBC takes me next✨ Thank you to all my incredible clients and my lovely friends and family who always told me they were proud of me even when I didn’t feel like there was much to be proud of. Now look at this ✨

Wanting to start you Pilates journey with us? YAY✨ we can’t wait to share the magic of the Breathing Room with YOU!
✨Here’s what you should know:
We alway start you with the initial series. The initial series consists of 4 private sessions that introduce you to the Pilates and Corealign equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Springboard and Corealign. These sessions are individualized for your particular needs and prepare you for group classes. This package is required for all new clients, and is also offered to those who have had experience on the equipment, but are looking to deepen their Pilates knowledge. These sessions are booked to fit your availability as best we can!

Idk about you, but I’m a perfectionist…so this s**t hits hard. But like dannngggg. Are you really that scared of making a mistake that you’re willing to stay in the same routine, the same bubble, the same same same all the time? ⁠⁠
In this new season of life, I am slowly learning to let go of the perfectionism, let myself get a little messy, and make a few mistakes. Whose joining me?
