Most people pick the technology first and figure out the process later.
That is exactly why most of those tools get abandoned within a month.
Everyone's chasing the shiny thing.
New tool.
New workflow.
New everything.
And then ninety days later it's collecting digital dust.
The questions nobody asks before buying:
1. What problem am I actually solving?
2. What does solving it look like step by step?
Once you know the steps, once you have run it manually several times and understand where the friction lives, then you find the technology that removes it.
Know the process.
Then find where technology removes the friction.
