Q3 was busy in all the best ways! Over the past few months, we've been growing, evolving, and making sure we're setting both our clients AND our team up for success.

A few Q3 highlights we're especially proud of:

✨Welcomed new brands and several new locations to the Powers Agency family
✨Added a new Client Account Manager to our growing team
✨Finalized our Q4 plans and set our company Rocks so we can finish the year strong
✨Celebrated our team members through our Core Value Awards
✨Restructured our internal scrum meetings to make them more efficient, intentional, and valuable for our team

Growth isn't always about doing more. Sometimes, it's about finding better ways to work, strengthening the team around you, and being intentional about where you're headed next.

We're not saying these are revolutionary, but they do make our team happier, feel more appreciated, and get a little more excited about their roles. And that's a big deal to us!

We're building an agency we actually want to work at, and that means making room for the work AND the life happening outside of it.

The holidays may still feel a little far away, but over here we're already in holiday planning mode 🎄

Our clients' Q4 calendars are coming together, holiday campaigns are getting mapped out, and we're making sure all of the moving pieces are in place before things get BUSY.

November and December-us will be grateful that August-us did the planning!

We're big believers that if we want to do better work for our clients, we have to keep getting better ourselves.

So far this year, we've been busy behind the scenes!

• Updated our agency assets & resources to make our processes smoother (and honestly, prettier!)

• Invested in new technology to help us work smarter and more efficiently

• Added more training opportunities so our team can keep learning, growing, and bringing fresh ideas to the table

None of these things are necessarily flashy. But they're already making a difference! A better experience for our team creates a better experience for our clients.

An incredible few days in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida with Kiddie Academy! 🌞

We were grateful to be invited to their Annual Conference and to spend time connecting with their leadership team and franchisees. There's something special about getting out from behind the screen, having real conversations, and seeing firsthand the passion that drives a franchise system forward.

Over the last several weeks, we've been onboarding new clients and meeting new franchisees across different brands, industries, and markets.

Every conversation is different. Different reasons for investing in a franchise. Different goals. Different local challenges. But one thing is always the same: The four walls come first.

Whether it's stepping into a classroom when a teacher calls off, jumping behind the counter during a busy lunch rush, or handling an unexpected customer issue, franchisees are focused on running their business.

The challenge is that marketing doesn't stop just because operations get busy. That's why this reality is built into our conversations from day one. We know that local marketing often gets pushed to tomorrow, but in our world, it doesn't. Our job is to make sure marketing doesn't fall through the cracks.

While franchisees focus on delivering great experiences inside their four walls, we're focused on building awareness, driving local engagement, and helping bring more customers through the door.

That's the partnership that works.

Ahhh - mid-year! It's officially mid-June (we can't believe it either), and our team is pausing to reflect on the last 6 months at the agency.

Our world is constantly changing (agency life, IYKYK!), and in a fast-paced space like ours, reflecting helps remind us how impactful each quarter really is.

Big highlights from the first half included:

- New clients galore! We were lucky enough to bring new brands, new franchisees, and new franchise development work on board

- New team members! We had the opportunity to bring our intern onto the team as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist - YAY!

- Fresh website launched - WOO HOO! We developed, designed, and completely relaunched our website with a fresh look that feels a little more "us" than ever before (take a peek - https://powersagency.com )

A franchisee's four walls will always come first. It's inevitable.

A team member calls out. A customer needs immediate attention. There's a maintenance issue at the location. An unexpected problem pops up. The day gets busy, priorities shift, and before you know it, the marketing tasks that were on today's to-do list get pushed to tomorrow... again.

The social media reel doesn't get created, let alone posted. The community partner never receives the email follow-up they were expecting. The email newsletter stays in your drafts.

We've spent decades working with franchise systems, but nearly 10 years ago, we noticed a pattern: franchisees weren't consistently implementing the marketing programs we were building for them.

Then it clicked. The issue wasn't that franchisees didn't care about marketing. It's that they were busy running their business.

When you're focused on serving customers, managing employees, solving problems, and driving revenue, marketing often becomes the thing you'll "get to later." But growth still depends on it.

So we changed our approach. Instead of simply creating marketing programs, we execute them. We become an extension of the franchisee's team, ensuring that social posts are published, partnerships are built, emails are sent, and local marketing actually gets done.
