Three women. Three different strengths. One mission—to show up, serve well, and make a difference. ❤️

We each bring something different to the table, and that’s exactly what makes us stronger together. When women support women, families benefit. 💙

Meet our "Chaos Coordinator" — Julie Lloyd, MAOM 💚

Every family navigating a senior care decision is carrying more than logistics — they're carrying history, old wounds, sibling disagreements, and years of complicated family dynamics. That's exactly where Julie shines.

As a Senior Advisor with CCSR, Julie brings a rare skill to our team: the ability to walk into tension and actually make things calmer. She's also the owner of Noble Mediation Services, where she helps families work through conflict with clarity instead of chaos.

Because let's be honest — sometimes the hardest part of finding the right care for Mom or Dad isn't the paperwork or the tours. It's getting everyone in the family on the same page. Julie helps our clients do exactly that, with patience, structure, and a whole lot of heart.

Having someone who can turn "chaotic" into "calm" on our team means our families don't just get a placement — they get peace of mind, for the whole family.

Grateful for Julie, every single day. 💛

🏡 “So… what exactly does a Senior Housing Referral Agency do?”

The short answer? A LOT. ❤️

People sometimes think our job is simply handing a family a list of assisted living communities or Adult Family Homes.

That’s actually one of the smallest parts of what we do.

At Clark County Senior Resources, on any given day you might find us:

• Talking with a daughter who has no idea what to do next
• Taking an urgent call from a hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Learning about a senior’s medical, cognitive, financial and care needs
• Calling communities and Adult Family Homes looking for the right fit
• Reviewing licensing and compliance information
• Visiting and vetting local care providers
• Coordinating assessments and tours
• Talking with nurses, social workers, discharge planners and providers
• Explaining the difference between Assisted Living, Memory Care and Adult Family Homes
• Helping families understand costs and payment options
• Advocating when something doesn’t feel right
• Networking and building relationships so we know who we’re referring families to
• Following up after move-in because our relationship doesn’t end when someone gets placed

And sometimes we’re doing three of those things at the exact same time. 😂

That’s what I love about this picture. It captures the reality of our work.

One person on the phone. Two on laptops. Everyone communicating. Everyone working toward the same goal:

Finding the safest, most appropriate care for someone’s mom, dad, spouse or loved one.

We don’t just find an open bed.

We help families make one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

That responsibility matters to us.

Meet our "Hope Dealer" — Kate Goyette, RN, BSN 💛

Some people bring a resume to the table. Kate brings 30+ years of clinical nursing experience, a genuine gift for making overwhelmed families feel steady again, and the kind of hope that's earned, not just handed out.

As a Senior Advisor with CCSR, Kate helps families navigate one of the hardest seasons of their lives — walking through options, translating medical jargon into plain English, and helping loved ones understand what level of care actually fits their needs. She's also the owner of G2 Health Solutions, where she conducts clinical and nursing assessments that bring real depth and accuracy to the placement process.

Having a nurse's eyes and a caregiver's heart on our team means families get more than a referral — they get someone who actually understands the clinical picture, and who cares enough to make sure nothing gets missed.

That's what it means to build a team, not just a business. 💚

Grateful every single day to have Kate in our corner — and grateful our families get her too.

This is what our training huddles are for. We don’t just repeat the phrase — we sit with it, unpack it, and talk through real scenarios so that when we’re guiding a family through one of the hardest decisions they’ll ever make, we’re speaking from a place of real understanding, not a script.

Because loving someone is easy. Knowing how to actually care for them — safely, sustainably, well — takes more. That’s where we come in.

💙 Truth and Tenderness. Always.

• Knowing what level of care your parent actually needs (not just what you’re able to give them)
• Understanding the options — in-home care, assisted living, memory care — before you’re in crisis mode
• Having the hard conversations before an ER visit forces them
• Knowing who to call when you don’t know what to do next

You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to stop trying to carry this alone.

That’s what we’re here for. 💛

💙 An Incredible Asset to Clark County Senior Resources

I’m so excited to highlight Kate, RN, and the knowledge, experience, and clinical perspective she brings to Clark County Senior Resources.

One of the most valuable services Kate provides is her ability to complete nursing assessments for Adult Family Homes. These assessments help AFH providers better understand a prospective resident’s care needs and determine whether they have the appropriate services, staffing, and environment to support them.

For families, having an experienced RN involved adds another important layer of confidence during what can already feel like an overwhelming decision.

For our Adult Family Home partners, Kate is an incredible resource—bringing a clinical eye, thoughtful communication, and a true understanding of senior care to the assessment process.

And for Clark County Senior Resources, she is simply an asset. 💛

Our goal has never been to simply find an open bed. It’s to help families find the right care, in the right setting, for the right reasons.

Having Kate as part of that process makes us stronger and allows us to provide an even higher level of support to the families and providers we serve.

This is what collaboration in senior care should look like.

What a lovely moment — 80th birthdays deserve exactly this kind of celebration, tiara, sash, and all. Happy birthday to Carol! 🎉

It says a lot that clients invite you into moments like this — that kind of trust doesn’t happen by accident.….

Tonight was such a great reminder of how powerful it is when women in business come together. 💕✨

I had the opportunity to attend a Boss Babe networking event, and I absolutely loved the energy — women connecting, encouraging one another, sharing ideas, and genuinely wanting to see each other succeed.

And can we talk about this adorable Boss Babe Survival Kit?! 🩷 From the Building Business Together shirt to all the thoughtful little goodies, they made the evening feel so special.

One thing I’ve learned as a business owner is that you don’t have to build alone. There is room at the table for all of us. Collaboration, community, referrals, encouragement, and simply having other women who understand the highs and lows of entrepreneurship can make such a difference.

I walked away feeling inspired, grateful, and even more excited about what’s ahead. 💪🏼

Here’s to building businesses, building relationships, and building each other up. 🩷
