Finding your person is so unique. Loving someone is the one thing that requires both ease and constant work.
When the puppy love fades and life gets real, it’s about loving the person who challenges you, grows with you, and can giggle in the Kroger coffee isle with you on a random Tuesday.
Sure you pick them based on attraction and the first few months of thinking they are somehow perfect. But once you realize the hard parts are worth pursuing too, it gets so much better.
Man I am SO lucky to capture and hear endless love stories from you all.
Though social media can be misleading (especially around the matching sweater Christmas couples posts and holiday engagements, I know) I hope following authentic photographers gives you hope that it can be real and worth it in what can look hopeless in a world of TikTok and terrible facebook dating group content. I hope this page feels like a safe place to believe in it all. I hope you still save ideas to Pinterest. I hope you still have a dream venue. And I hope one day you have it all.
One thing I do before shooting my clients dream session, is meet up- hang out, have a drink, hear their story. It is so important to me to tell raw and real stories here while providing a space for authentic moments.
