🇺🇸I just wanted to take a minute to Congratulate every candidate who ran in yesterday’s election……whether you celebrated a victory last night or simply had the courage to put your name on the ballot. Running for office takes an incredible amount of time, sacrifice, and heart, and I truly respect every one of you for stepping up to serve our community.

But what I Iove the most is you’ve trusted MollyBees with something so important to you; some of you time and time again. This election alone we produced over 5,000 campaign shirts; each made with a little love. Creating your campaign branding is something we’re honored to be a part of because we know how much it means to you and your families.

Regardless of party or position, every candidate has treated me and my team with genuine kindness, respect, and support. Many of you have become friends along the way, and that is something we never take for granted.

We are absolutely still accepting uniform orders! However, any new orders placed at this time will not be completed before school starts, regardless of rush fees.

🚨 WE'RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED HEAT PRESS OPERATOR 🚨

Before you apply... please read this entire post.

This is NOT an entry-level position, and it's definitely not an easy one. We're looking for someone with REAL heat press experience who is ready to jump into a fast-paced production environment.

Our Heat Press Operator presses approximately 500 shirts every single day. Speed means nothing without accuracy, so every applicant will complete a speed and accuracy test before being considered. You MUST know EXACT placement spots and accurate print sizes/apparel sizes.

The right person will:
🐝 Have previous heat press experience
🐝 Be able to multitask at a very high level
🐝 Work efficiently under deadlines
🐝 Stay organized while handling multiple orders at once
🐝 Be flexible when production days run longer than expected
🐝 Represent MollyBees professionally with customers and our team
🐝 Be dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with us

We're looking for someone who wants a long-term career with MollyBees. This is not a temporary position and will not work around school schedules at this time.

Position Details:
✔️ Full-Time W-2 Position
✔️ Starting pay is $15-$18 hour, based on your speed and accuracy test
✔️ No benefits at this time

If you're looking for an easy job, this isn't it. Must be able to stand 8hrs a day and lift 50lbs.

If you love staying busy, take pride in producing quality work, and think you can keep up with one of the busiest custom apparel shops around—we'd love to meet you.
