The SAVA Group

The SAVA Group Hey Coach helps you simplify your tech stack, automate your client flow, and elevate every touchpoint — without the overwhelm or bloated software costs.

I help transformational coaches replace confusion with a system that tells them who they’re talking to, what to say, and how leads move forward — without tech overwhelm.

This wasn't a typical guest spot. Rebecca brought three of us into a conversation that got real — about building things, surviving things, and what it costs to keep going. Thank you for trusting me with your audience, Rebecca. The full episode is linked in the comments. Start there.

Most founders don't have a sales problem.

They have a people problem.

Or more honestly — a me problem.

You're the closer. The onboarder. The marketer. The producer. The follow-up sender.

The CRM admin who keeps forgetting to update the CRM.

You don't need another tool. You need a team.

So I built one. Four of them, actually.

Introducing Meet Your Squad — a free live demo series where you watch AI agents do the work you've been doing alone.

📅 Every Wednesday in June · 11 AM CST · 30 minutes
→ June 3 · The Sales Squad (Client Finder, Research, Site Leak Detector, Sales Call Brief)
→ June 10 · The Podcast Squad (Scout, Closer, Producer, Amplifier)
→ June 17 · The Back Office Squad (Onboarding, Retention, Operations, Logistics)
→ June 24 · The Marketing Squad (Content, Distribution, Attribution, Engagement)

No pitch. No slides. Just live demos of agents doing the work — and a Q&A so you can ask the dumb questions I asked when I first built this for myself.

Cross-streaming on LinkedIn Live + Zoom. Catch one. Catch them all. Whatever you need.

The registration link is in the comments.

Okay, so operating like a company with scrappy systems? Big no-no today.

Let's talk about it.

The biggest difference between scrappy growth and professional infrastructure is sustainability. Will this last?

A lot of businesses are recognizing today that without professional infrastructure, it won't. But don't worry—I've got you.

When I talk about scrappy, I mean your backend:
→ Ad hoc automation
→ Your CRM is used for storage
→ Your tags are outdated and inconsistent
→ There's no one place for everyone to see what's happening

Unified visibility doesn't exist.

And this actually works for a while, when it's manageable. But when you've outgrown it and it no longer works?

This costs you more than you think.

Operational inefficiencies. Delivery inconsistency. Team confusion. Client experience vulnerability. Growth hesitation—or no growth at all.

If you're serious about actually building, now is the time.

I've been carrying this piece around for a while.

Not because it was hard to write. Because it was hard to publish.

It's called Meet Your Architect. It's an editorial about my work, my kids, the moment I quit, and the thing I keep telling founders at 11pm: you are something AI could never replace.

I almost didn't post it. I posted it anyway.

If you've ever wondered who's actually behind The Sava Group, the Agentic Squad Workforce, the Business Balance System — this is her. All of her.

I sat down for an interview about the Agentic Squad Workforce.

It ended up being about more than the product.

About what "I actually quit" really means. About why perfect balance is the lie, not balance itself. About what Black women in tech are tired of hearing. And about the architecture decision I made that nobody has noticed yet — because I built it with women in mind.

The full editorial is on Substack. Link in comments.

When clients feel like your program doesn't apply to them, they freeze.

They overthink. They compare themselves. They feel like imposters.

But when personalization is built in—when the system shows them exactly what's relevant to their stage—they relax.

They stop wondering "Is this for me?" and start thinking "This is exactly what I need."

That safety keeps them moving forward instead of getting stuck.

And your system handles it all—so you don't have to.

When your processes and systems don't rely on your memory and manual correction, everything falls into place.

Your onboarding is standardized.

The pressure is off.

And leaders are born.

This is what happens when you stop holding everything in your head and start building it into your systems.

You're no longer the bottleneck. Your team can operate without constantly asking you questions. And your business can actually scale.

That's the shift from scrappy to sustainable.

It really should be this easy at your level.

You should not have to touch anything.

That's what I told my client when we finished building her backend.

Not the enrollments.

Not the onboarding.

Not the follow-ups.

Not the offboarding.

All of it — seamless. Automatic. Done.

This is what built looks like.

Not busy. Not complicated. Not dependent on you being in it every day.

Just a system that runs your business while you run your vision.

Most founders don't believe this is possible for them until they see it working in real time.

It is possible.

And it starts with building the right backend.

I'm not going to lie—building personalization into your program takes work upfront.

(That's literally why people hire me to do it for them.)

But once it's set up? It runs.

You tweak it here and there as you learn what works, but the heavy lifting is done at the beginning.

After that, your clients get a personalized experience and you're not rebuilding everything from scratch every time.

Effort now. Ease later.

If your clients seem confused or disengaged after they join, look at the first 48 hours.

Do they know what happens next?

Do they know where to go?

Do they feel oriented?

Most coaches overcomplicate this. You don't need to rebuild everything.

Just give them:
→ One clear welcome
→ One place to go
→ One next step

That's it. That's enough to make them feel like "okay, I know what's happening here."

Trust in 2026 isn't built by what you say. It's built by how clear and calm your process feels.
