Introducing A CTA To Crush The Competition

Once upon a time I worked in real estate, had a few accounts, did pretty well. In fact, I did so well that I was invited to participate in a contest to determine who was the best real estate marketer in my area!

It was a big event and I was supposed to do a pitch in front of a live audience of about 500 people. The pitch and the subject would determine who would be the grand prize winner.

Spoiler alert: I absolutely nailed that speech, won the contest, demolished the competition.

How?

By introducing the concept of a CTA.

CTA stands for Call To Action. And it’s the best way -by far- to build that coveted top of mind awareness.

- How To Set Up A Funnel To Catch Clients -

Let’s say you run a service business. Could be accounting, could be real estate, could be a law firm or any other service business.

How would you get the word out about your business?

Maybe you’d run ads? Maybe you’d put up a sign. Maybe you’d tell friends and family about the fact you started a business.

Maybe you’d do all of the above. That’d be a great start.

Now add a CTA to that and everything gets supercharged.

Something like: ‘download your free guide to do X’ or ‘put your email here and we’ll send you the best way to do Y’ or ‘text us today and we’ll tell you exactly how to do Z’.

Something that gives them a reason to respond. A reason to raise their hand and say: “Yes, please get in touch with me”.

When we created this viral ad for Reel Deal SC. someone laughed, until we ran it organically on Facebook!

- Some Viral Reels Are Worth MORE Than Houses -

"OMG, have you seen this?" is what we're always going for.

SHARE-ABILITY is a billion dollar word.

If one person will share it, 100 will, if 100 will, 1000 will, etc.. etc.

and THAT means "Virality".

"Virality" + Useful Service = Customers

We made this Viral reel to attract LOTS of visibility for: Reel Deal Seafood Co. as part of a larger campaign.

Ads are just like people, each one is different; one thing that's consistent.. the focus should be on your core audience..

- The Viral Results -

The ad series resonated extremely well with his customer base getting 50+ shares per post, roughly 5-6K views... Drop 1 - 2 a day and that starts to add up over months.. so, what did we do?

What any reasonable marketer would do..

Drop 5 more highly shareable videos behind it (of course).

Driving customers to this landing page and dropping them off, like an Uber, but for sales.

Social media has one extremely important thing going for it.. it's share-ability.

INSANE Social media client method - get predictable sales 2025

RULE # 1.. Don't be boring..

If you have a business but few clients;

OR

have a web page.. but no traffic

OR

social media that isn't bringing in new business or sales

Then

read the next few sentences..

Because we are about to successfully take a stranger from 'somewhere' online and bring them to your businesses front door, by tomorrow.

Let's go through the plan:

- The 3 Step Plan To Get Clients 'On-Demand' using social media:

1. Utilizing the platform properly: Social media solves for one thing, know what it is??.... Distribution!

Yep.. It's to help people SEE your business, and then get in contact with you to buy something!

So, make sure you're using every part of the platform: Reels, posts, SEO, Ads, and backlinks.

DO EVERYTHING to find exactly what works and do it again... aaanndd AGAIN, annnnd AGAIN..

2. Know your audience: Create a spreadsheet, and write your audience 'segmentations'..(WHAT ARE THOSEEEE!?)

Segmentations are things like: location, ages, buying behaviours, etc...

Basically the: Who/What/When/where of your customer?

..Are they mostly men, women, from your city?... Or from the next city over?

The 'Smart marketers'.. Use "DD" Decisions

(I mean... yes, we ARE smart.. but I also mean 'data driven' or "DD")

Quality data makes things faster than a Lamborghini on super dry Trofeo tires at the Autobahn.. mmm I can smell the burnt aroma of melted tire rubber from the smoke.. anyway...

We rely on data to KNOW who we are speaking to; where they are from, how they heard our message, what they likely buy or don't buy, etc..

We make informed decisions and know EXACTLY who we are speaking to, every campaign.. every time - Start driving sales using data and only make profitably 'informed' decisions.

3.) Adaptability WINS!: The strongest don't survive... the most adaptable however, DO!

Cockroaches aren't big, or strong.. those buggers ARE fast, and adaptable.

Having the ability to 'pivot' quickly and create useful content for your audience is very goooood.

Because, they get bombarded daily, with stuff they don't even want, or NEED.

You have be a brand they actually want to interact with, want to spend money with, and ultimately enjoy having as part of their lifestyle. - Get into content creation, it's the only way to compete in business, especially with the threat of A.I and mass content being produced at the click of a button, it's about to get crowded.
