- First Board Meeting for 2022! Thursday (TOMORROW) January 20, 2022, 6 PM at the Cabana (Pool)

- Free Slash Pine Tree seedlings and Bald Cypress Trees from Cherry Lake Tree Farm to be handed out first come, first serve until supplies run out. January 22, 2022 from 8AM-12PM

- Due to the installation of a 70 foot pole requireing a large crane there will be a road closure of Timber Vale Trail between Hickory Grove Rd. and Timberview Rd. The installation will take place Wed., Jan. 26 - 7AM Fri., Jan. 28 - 5PM. There will be a detour going around the area.

December 4th (THIS SATURDAY): Light Up Clermont Holiday Parade from 10:00-12:00pm. Location: 685 W Montrose Street Clermont FL 34711

December 10th: Cookies and Cocoa Walk from 6:00-9:00pm Location: Downtown Clermont (This event is while supplies last)

December 18th: Greater Pines Community Holiday Party: 6pm at the Pool/Cabana area

Happy Friday neighbors!!! A friendly reminder that tomorrow Saturday October 30th from 10am-4pm our city Clermont will be hosting the Harvest Festival. Location will be in Downtown Clermont 684 W Montrose Street Clermont FL 34711.

The Harvest Festival will feature 100 vendors, food trucks, costume contest, music and MORE!

Come out with your friends and families and have a great, FUN time before HALLOWEEN! 👻🖤
