I cannot stress enough how important it is to create boundaries with your clients as a business owner.

Here's how I make sure of it:

I include communication hours in every contract.
I use clear, professional language. E.g. Instead of "I don't work weekends," I say "I'm fully dedicated to your project Monday-Friday"
I always schedule my availability, especially for client meetings. Last-minute meetings aren't the way to go.
I have created project timelines for each client. This ensures content reviews and deadlines are always clear.

Once you start setting boundaries, your clients will respect them too.
