My first time visiting . I had a meeting with an interesting person, and this was a good spot to do an interview.
I ordered a dirty martini. Extra dirty, no vermouth.
Such a simple drink, yet… it’s not something that everyone gets right.
There’s been times in the past where I’ve visited a place, and had to assist in making this not so complicated, two ingredient, drink. It’s all about the portion of each ingredient. It matters.
Shout out to Sam at Smith’s, my bartender, who made this 🍸 perfectly perfect!
