We are a fast growing company looking for an experienced, quality screen printer. You will also ensure production and quality goals are being achieved while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized facility.
Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
Salary Range for this job is $12.00 to $18.00 /hour based on ability to run production immediately.
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast pace, environment with large volume of work
* Must have flexibility in hours
Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide leadership & accountability for the successful day-to-day production operations
* Provide guidance with screen printing issues
* Automatic press set up, print and tear down as needed
* Train warehouse staff to perform at high levels
* Tracks progress to the production plan daily.
* Works with the team to maintain quality and consistency of our products
* Lead team to adhere to OSHA safety standards
Qualifications and Skills:
* Leadership, team building and coaching skills to lead your team
* Knowledge of print design principles and ink matching system is preferred.
* Strong understanding of the importance of processes and quality control.
* Must be able to provide consistent accountability for both yourself and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment
