On Site Marketing, Inc., a national sales and marketing agency, is seeking friendly, reliable, outgoing, energetic SALES REPRESENTATIVES sought to work a high profile, high energy, high earning sales position located throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area.

We are currently building a sales team on behalf of NRG Energy to promote & sell their electricity and natural gas services. This is an event based, face-to-face, sales position utilizing displays at sales kiosks inside Walmart stores, Midway Airport, O’Hare International Airport, Sam’s Clubs, Six Flags, malls, major movie theater chains and many more fun and exciting local events. This is NOT a door to door or a multi-level sales position!

We are seeking candidates who are professional, outgoing, have a strong work ethic and desire to make money! If you can sell, this position is very lucrative! We pay an hourly base, plus commissions. Many of our seasoned sales associates earn an average of $35.00 per hour. Spend more time with friends and family while generating a good income.

Schedules are flexible, includes days, evenings, and weekends. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. MUST be honest, ethical, and have access to reliable transportation. We offer medical, dental and 401K benefits to all employees who work a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in the sales industry, including a proven history of achieving sales goals is preferred, but not required.
• Must have excellent communication, organization, time management and customer service skills.
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
• Understand importance of customer service.
• Required to stand during scheduled shift (6-8 hours).
