You and her are not the same. 😳

I know you’ve followed your favorite social media influencer and she said post content to get clients...

Do you think your small following is the problem?

Don’t fall for that! 😩

It’s all about the messaging!

For example, saying “I offer career coaching” probably won’t resonate much.

But saying

“My career accelerator helps frustrated mid-level managers get their next promotion by teaching them executive level communication skills that demonstrate their expertise”

paints a picture they can relate to!

Don’t believe the hype. Having a profitable business takes work.

If you see someone who has the success, the status or the lifestyle you want...

You have a choice.

Do what they did to get what they got OR

Complain about how life isn’t fair.

Either way, kindly...

Stop comparing your Day 300 to their Day 900 and...

Stop discounting the work they had to put in to get where they are.

We all get to choose.

I chose to start a business because I wanted to help women create their own reality.

Just like I did.

I do it because I want to, not because I feel pressured by anyone on the internet.

I invest in myself, my growth and my journey because:

5 years from now I want to look back and be ridiculously proud about playing a small part in what God did.

I want my kids to believe that nothing is impossible if they are willing to work through it and for it.

Staying the same is not an option for me.

If I have to choose between 2 things, I’m going to try to pick the one that makes me better.

What you do today prepares you for your tomorrow.

Just like how someone can say they’re a Christian but if their actions don’t line up with what they believe...

then not so much.

Focusing on growing followers isn’t the best way to reach your goals and make an impact.

True impact comes from building relationships, not increasing numbers.

So instead of posting a copycat post of something you saw to get more followers…

Reach out and really connect with those you feel called to serve.

As a coach you have to guard your time and PRIORITIZE.

It’s far too easy to get caught up doing all of the things but

All of the things don’t make all of the dollars 🤑 so…

Focus your energy on what you need to do to move the needle in your business.

Is it being more social on social media or

Sharpening your messaging?

Identifying your niche or

growing your email list?

Creating a content strategy or

Making your brand more visible?

Plan your daily actions around things that will lead to building your brand and growing your business!

I thought posting 2-3x a day was the best way to get clients...

MORE followers = MORE clients = MORE cash
