Subject: Important Update Regarding CyberMason Service and Payment Policies

At CyberMason, we are committed to the success of our clients. We firmly believe that a professional website is an essential asset for any business in today’s digital economy. We have consistently seen that businesses with a dedicated, professional online presence distinct from social media profiles significantly outperform those that do not. Because we believe every business deserves the opportunity to thrive, we have historically offered payment forgiveness and extended grace periods to ensure your site remained online during difficult times.
While our intent has always been to support your growth, our previous model of floating accounts with outstanding balances has become unsustainable. To ensure we can continue providing the high level of service and technical infrastructure required to keep your business competitive, we must make necessary adjustments to our operational policies.
Effective immediately, CyberMason will no longer be able to offer payment forgiveness or accommodate deferred payment schedules. All client accounts must remain in good standing to maintain active web services.
Going forward, please note the following:
Service Continuity: Full payment for all services is required by the established due date. Failure to remit payment will result in the immediate suspension of website hosting and associated services.
Account Standing: If an account becomes past due, services will be interrupted until the balance is paid in full. We can no longer "float" services for clients who are unable to meet their financial obligations.
We understand that business environments can be challenging, and this decision was made after careful consideration. We take pride in our work and the value we provide; however, this policy adjustment is essential to maintain the integrity and sustainability of our agency.
