located in Poughkeepsie will surely captivate your tastebuds.

Open just over a year, this location has easily become a neighborhood favorite.

The name ‘Spettro’ comes from the British English word, Spector, which means Ghost in Italian.

🍝Saffron Arancini: Bolognese, Spring Peas, Fior Di Latte, Tomato Cream, Parmigiano Reggiano
