We're looking for a Client Experience & Content Manager to join our team. This role is focused on interior designers and home brands, and it's made for the person who can own a client relationship with confidence and leave their brand unmistakably better for it.

You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients—blending account management with compelling content across every channel that matters.

If there’s something we love over here at Serene, it’s small habits. They’ve made a real difference in how we show up, how we work, and how it all compounds over time.

I think about this a lot with our interior design and builder clients too. Your brand doesn’t necessarily need a complete overhaul to be more impactful. Sometimes it just needs consistency, the photo you almost didn’t take, the caption you wrote from something a client actually said, or the behind the scenes you almost talked yourself out of posting.

Those small things really do add up. Pick one habit from this list and commit to it, then check back in with yourself by summer—I think you’ll be surprised 🤎

We’re not anti-AI, but there are some things it simply can’t do and High Point Market was proof of that.
