Today, on Veterans Day, our hearts are full of gratitude for the brave men and women who have worn the uniform and pledged to protect our freedom. We honour you, not just for your service in war, but for everyday courage, resilience, and commitment to something bigger than self.

Veterans Day began as Armistice Day, marking the end of World War I on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, a moment meant to honor peace after great sacrifice. Today, it stands for so much more, recognizing veterans from every era and every role.

Our team went all in on Halloween, from wildly creative costumes to some seriously impressive group themes. A little friendly competition made it even better (because what’s Halloween without bragging rights and prizes?).

🎉 October has been all about celebrating our incredible team!

As we mark 17 years of Cima, we’ve spent the month showing appreciation for the people who make everything we do possible. From Eagles Gear Day and College Spirit Day to Comfy Womfy Day, our team showed up in style and had plenty of fun doing it! There were theme day contests, gift card prizes, and of course, plenty of good food to keep the celebration going.

Every project, milestone, and success starts with our people. Their talent, dedication, and teamwork are what define the Cima Standard.

Between breaks in the rain this morning, we made time for a different kind of reveal and it had nothing to do with signage! 💙❤️

Huge congratulations to two of our own, Lead Installer Bobby Scott and Senior Project Manager - Team Lead Natalie Scott, who are expecting a new addition to their family!

With the excited uncle honored to do his part, the celebration ended with a colorful splash. It was memorable and filled with heart, just like the best moments shared with this team.

We’re so happy for this growing family and grateful to celebrate milestones like this together.
