I wanted to see if any improvements to my Body composition with only 9 days apart. I'm about the same weight, but small improvements in gained muscle and lost body fat.
SMM: 68.6 lbs to 70.1 lbs
PBF: 25.5% to 24.4 lbs
I am in a muscle building/ strength phase in my sprint training with emphasis improvements in my starts and speed. Mid February, when we go into Lent Fast, I'll focus on speed endurance.
Encouraged to keep up the 3 times/week routine of sprints and lifting.
