Next Show May 6th at Lost Lake, Denver Co!
This is more than just a show recap; it’s a manifesto for the Colorado heavy music scene.
the fans who stand together, the promoters who grind in the shadows, the bands currently loading gear into vans, and every soul who finds sanctuary in a wall of sound.
Last night at the Roxy Live, we didn't just witness a set; we witnessed a reckoning. Buried in Lies came up from Pueblo and didn't just play they laid it all on the line at 1,000 miles per hour. In an industry that often rewards the "niche" and the "mediocre," these guys are a violent reminder of what happens when you combine raw talent with an unbreakable work ethic.
To the Fans & Listeners music is nothing without your heartbeat in that room. Last night proved that you aren't just a face in a crowd or a statistic on a streaming platform. When a band like Buried in Lies looks you in the eye and engages with the person you actually are, it breaks the isolation that so many of us feel. You are seen. You are heard. You are the reason this genre breathes.
To the Bands & Promoters
Take notes. This is how you change the industry. It’s not about masking the pain or pretending the world is polished; it’s about taking the tragedies, the mental health whirlwinds, and the everyday struggles and turning them into heavy inspiration. It’s about being authentic enough to show the dark paths we all walk. That is true musicianship.
The Reacher Studios Mission & Say It Loud Entertainment we are dedicated to this level of genuine authenticity. We aren't here for the surface level. We are here for the heavy interpretations, the "in your face" personal sets, and the promotions that actually mean something. We show up because this music saves lives.
If you are currently in a battle no one sees. What you feel is real. It is not fake, and it is not something to be downplayed. Whether it’s tragedy, suffering, or a mental health storm, you are not alone in darkness.
There is strength in continuing. There is honor in the fight. We are thankful you are here, right now, reading this. If the weight becomes too much to carry below are resources.
